FAQ

Questions people
actually ask.

Everything worth knowing before you install anything. Already set up? The manual in your dashboard covers day-to-day use.

Before you start

What do I need?

A Windows PC running American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator 2, and an Android phone or tablet. The desktop app reads telemetry from the game; the mobile app displays it. Both are free to install.

Do both devices need to be on the same Wi-Fi?

Yes. The phone connects straight to your PC over your local network — that is how the data gets across. A mobile connection or a different network will not reach it. If pairing fails, check that both devices are on the same router and that no guest network separates them.

Which simulators are supported?

American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. More are on the roadmap: the widget catalogue and the pairing system do not depend on a specific game.

Does it work with mods?

Yes. We read the official SCS Telemetry SDK, which reports game state rather than files — so map, truck and tuning mods come through normally.

Your data

Where does my telemetry go?

From your PC straight to your phone, over your own network. It does not travel through our servers and we do not store it. Speed, revs, fuel, the route you are driving — none of it reaches us.

What do you store, then?

Your email address, the devices you paired, and your widget layouts, so your dashboard follows you to a new phone. You can download everything or delete your account from the settings page.

Plans

What does it cost?

The free plan is available today and covers one device with the standard widget set. Paid plans are not purchasable yet — the pricing page shows what is planned.

Do I pay per simulator?

No. A plan covers every supported simulator, including the ones added later.
